Chinese white tea from Yunnan province. The name translates as "White Moonlight".
Yue Guan Bai is made from raw materials from the tea bushes of the Jingu Da Bai Cha or Jinggu Big White Tea variety. The unusual black and white color of tea is associated with the characteristics of this cultivar. The main difference between Moonlight and famous Fujian white teas is that it is withered and dried not in the sun, but indoors.
Aroma: dense and slightly sweet with notes of dried fruits and heather honey.
Taste: soft, sweet and floral without astringency and bitterness.
Impact: refreshing, gives soft tone and inspiration.
